Rules, Requirements & Application Form

Welcome to IDC III.

We are a WoE guild from intense RO.
Our focus is almost entirely on WoE.
We are
not a Zerg guild. We believe in Team Work.
We are a friendly guild,
but when it comes to rules & following orders we are strict.
Every
member should be a skilled, notable and trustworthy chain of the guild.
We
are not looking for casual level once-a-fortnight members. We want
members who WoE regularly & seriously.
Know your class and know
your game mechanics.
We accept International members, note that if
you are not able to be active during WoE times, don't bother applying.
We also require that every member knows English, since that is the only
language that we use for communication.

Our focus lies on the War
of Emperium. We strive to compete with the top guilds and enjoying WoE
hours as much as possible.
People who like to start drama or just
have bad attitude are not welcome; same goes for any kind of cheating.
If you're found using a 3rd party program you will be expelled
immediately.
Regardless of our wish to perform well as a guild, we're
perfectly aware that RO is just a game after all and if you're going to
miss a WoE because of any kind of commitment in real life, that won't
be a problem at all as long as you let us know about it.

Requirements:

We're
glad if we caught your attention by now. But before applying, please be
aware that we have a few requirements to assure a certain level of
quality.

1. Only Trans Jobs are allowed in guild, NO 3rd jobs
allowed.
2. English is our main language, so every member should know
English, atleast the basics.
3. We do not use guild chat to give
orders during WoE, we only use Ventrilo. So Ventrilo is a MUST for
everyone who wants to join. Applicants without Ventrilo will be
rejected. If you dont have a mic, its not a problem. You can still use
ventrilo with your speakers/headphone on.
4. Have the ability to
follow orders.
5. Commitment & Loyalty to the guild.
6. Able
to attend WoE regularly. If some personal things comes up & you are
not able to attend, contact any one of us. Our current FE-WoE schedule
is Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 7-8 PM, servertime & SE-WoE is
on Sunday at 7-9 PM, servertime.
7. Able to follow the rules given by
guild & server. Do not use any 3rd party programs that are illegal.
8.
Respect everyone. Treat others how you would like to be treated.
9.
Be forum active. Everyone should post their attendance in the attendance
thread. No exceptions allowed. Post your attendance atleast 3-4 hours
before WoE.

Rules:

If
you satisfy the above requirements, then good. But we also have some
rules that you should follow when you are in our guild.

1. No
insulting or disrespecting guild members & guild master.
2. MUST
use ventrilo, try to buy a mic if you dont have one so you can talk
instead of typing & wasting time.
3. English is the ONLY language
that we use. So only English in guild/party chat & ventrilo.
4.
Don't do anything that brings bad name to the guild or the guild
members.
5. No advertising about other guilds.
6. MUST follow
orders given by guild leaders.
7. No spamming/flooding guild or party
chat.
8. No unnecessary talks in guild/party chat during WoE.
9.
Must follow rules given by server, guild & forum.
10. Must be
forum active. Use the forums to get to know your guildmates well.


These
rules apply to everyone. Any character who breaks any of the rules
mentioned above will be kicked out of guild.

How to Apply:

If
you are capable of following the above rules, then read the steps on
how to apply.

1. You need to register an account here. Please click the Register button
2. After
registering a new account, log into your account by clicking the Login button
3. Now copy the
application form given below(2nd post, see below). Select the entire
application form & copy it.
4. After copying the application
form, make a new topic in the 'Apply Here' section
5. Paste the
entire application form that you copied & fill in the answers to
the questions asked in the application. After filling in all the
details, press SUBMIT button.
6. After you finish submitting, wait
for our guild mates to post their opinion about your application.



NOTE:

Each
applicant is given a maximum of 3 tries to apply. If you are rejected 3
times, then you'll have no chances of getting into the guild & your
account in forum will be banned(deleted).
If you get accepted, your
application will be moved to "Accepted Applications" section & you
will also receive a PM(via forums) about the next step(getting a guild
invitation).
If not, your application will be moved to rejected
sections.

If the applicant seems to be having less knowledge
about WoE/Build, then he/she is directly rejected. An applicant who gets
into the guild successfully can ask for suggestion for his/her build
in-game or in forums.

The GUILD
MASTER takes the final decision as to whether an applicant is
accepted or rejected. He reserves the right to reject anyone.

& battlemode(BM).
Any application which doesnt meet the above
requirements will be rejected.

When we ask you to provide
updates, you have 4 days at most to reply with the updates. If not, your
application will be rejected.
